iPhone fitness apps

For anyone lucky enough to have a lovely shiny iPhone, here is a brilliant article to help you leverage it to get surf-fit: 100 Fabulous iPhone Apps for Your Health and Fitness By Jessica Merritt includes tracking, nutrition, dieting, yoga, meditation and calculating apps.

SurfGirl's favourites are 101 Cookbooks with 'great healthy recipes' (shown is the Seaweed Risotto, mmm), and the Blood Alcohol Concentration Calculator, which will 'help you figure out your level of inebriation' — because, let's be realistic, work(out) has to be balanced with play!
